Sequoia

Hello loves,

Hope everyone is enjoying their Summer! It is beautiful in California right now. 

I wanted to share my birthday memory with you. My husband surprised me with a weekend trip to Sequoia forest for my 28th birthday. 

We left Friday afternoon and it took us about 6 hours to get there. We had all day Saturday to enjoy the biggest trees in the world. We headed back on Sunday and stopped for other sightseeings as well. 

 Sequoia is a beautiful place, it made me feel like home. The woods are like in Estonia, except for the huge mountains.

Oh, we found a small scorpion next to the bed on a Friday night. I was pretty freaked out since I don't think I've ever seen them out in the nature like that. Good thing we caught Apollo before anything happened, it would've ruined the whole weekend, damn scorpions, hah.

If anyone is considering Sequoia for your next travel destination, I truly recommend it. It is a wonderful place to take some time off and rewind. I can't wait to visit Yosemite as well. 

California is one of a kind place.
