Vegas Again
Hi Loves!
Hope you had a great weekend, we sure did! We had so much fun at Vegas. We only went for one
night to celebrate my husbands cousins graduation.
This was my second time in Las Vegas and I loved it, especially because we got to see the old part of Las Vegas - Downtown Fremont Street.
Being there felt like being in a movie. All the big signs and buildings they used to have in the 50s are still there. The biggest stars of films and music like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, etc used to be big part of the original Vegas. Beginning in the 1970s they started to build the modern Las Vegas 'The Strip', like you see in the movies today.
Both parts of the Vegas (Downtown and the Strip) have their own positive and negative aspects. The biggest difference I noticed was the age difference etiquette between Downtown and Strip, however
I like them both. When visiting Las Vegas, I would recommend staying at Caesars Palace, because I feel you can have the best Vegas experience there.
Finally, on Sunday we celebrated Mother's Day, Vegas style! Since my Mom is in Estonia, we spent the day with my husbands mom, my Mother-in-Law.
