Good morning, such a beautiful weather outside. :)
I started my day with jogging and baking a banana bread for the first time. I've been feeling really motivated to cook different recipes lately.
I had never baked banana bread before but it turned out really good.
By the way, going to Stockholm with my ladies tomorrow and will stay there for couple of days. So excited to spend some time with my family and friends there.
My banana bread recipe:
About 3 cups oatmeal (gluten-free oats)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 tbsp coconut oil
Some drops of Stevia (for more sweeter taste)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp oatmeal
+ Little bit of cocoa powder, cinnamon and raisins, try it out. ;) Wanted to add some nuts too, but forgot, will do it next time.
PS! 1 cup = 250 ml
