It's good for those rainy days because of it's water persistance quality. 4ever Shadow is a multi -purpose pen, which can be used as eyeshadow or as eyeliner. If you use it as an eye shadow, you must blend it in fast, because it dries quite quickly, otherwise the result will be uneven.
